Almost Familiar

A collection of board bags, inspired by the history and culture of the boarding sports. As someone who travels often, I wanted a way to protect my boards while on the go. These bags were custom made to fit my favorite boards, with imagery that empowers me to keep practicing.

Down The Line

Inspired by my love of all things outdoors, this wrap skirt is made of 100% natural materials. The idea is that if this garment were to ever be lost or forgotten outside, it would not cause any long term harm to the Earth. It is made of silks and cottons, and dyed with various flowers, tree barks, and other natural materials.

One of my favorite childhood movies is Alice In Wonderland. I translated this story into wearable art with bead embroidery and an up-cycled tie. This piece includes over 30 different types of beads.

Something Wonderful Happens In Summer

Up-cycled chairs inspired by the seasons. Each piece was hand woven with similar but differing patterns to represent the things that change and the things that stay the same with every season. Completed fabrics were reupholstered on a set of dining chairs.
